1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Pictures of the product, if it is damaged or defective
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The return request meets all eligibility criteria outlined above.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as it is likely already in processing.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info.kurtastudio@gmail.com with clear pictures of the product and its packaging.
- We will either offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference and product availability.
8. Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.
- Refunds will not be processed for products returned without prior approval.
